What is franchising?

Franchising allows a company to distribute its concept, product, and services. The franchising company lends the right to use their company logo and other trademarks as well as their business model to a second party, the franchisee. The franchisee pays an initial franchise fee and a monthly royalty to acquire those rights.

LUX Chateau` is a franchise concept, and provides to its franchisees the right to use the LUX Chateau` logo and other trademarks, drink and food recipes, below-market pricing from company vendors, and the operating system and procedures developed for LUX Chateau` stores.

Why should I consider franchising?
